- Naan bread (you can find it in your local grocer; for instance- in Publix, it is back by the deli counter; I prefer using the Garlic Naan)
- Chicken thighs [Use your favorite rub to season and baste with Smokin’Orange BBQ Sauce 10 minutes before they are finished.]
- Mozzarella (not the pre-shredded kind; it does not melt as easily)
- Pineapple Chunks (FRESH, not canned!)
- Red Onion, sliced
- Smokin’ Orange BBQ Sauce
Spoon and smooth out desired amount of BBQ sauce for your “pizza sauce” base. Top with mozzarella, chicken chunks, pineapple, red onion (and any other topping of your choice). Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes or until mozzarella is bubbly and starting to brown. You can also make this even better (and more like a thin crispy crust pizza) if you throw it on your grill! Medium high-heat until the same sign as in the oven- cheese is nice and bubbly and starting to brown. Put a spin on your traditional pizza and try making them personal sized like this! Finish with some fresh cilantro and a drizzle of Smokin’ Orange BBQ Sauce. Another easy and delicious dinner.
