Smokin’ Orange Glazed Chicken
1 TBSP of Oregano
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Ground Clove
1 Cup orange juice
1 Bottle of Red Fishberger Smoking Orange BBQ
1 LB of boneless chicken breasts
2 TBSP (or as needed) Extra virgin olive oil
Mix Olive Oil, Oregano, Cinnamon and Ground Clove together. Dip chicken breasts into mixture.
Fill baking dish with the orange juice.
Set Chicken into baking dish.
Pour Smoking BBQ sauce over chicken and into mix into orange juice.
Cut up oranges and place on chicken on in the juice.
Bake on 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is 165 degree internal temp.
