Orange Hawaiian Chicken

 

Marinate chicken breast in Italian dressing for 2 hours before cooking.

 

Cook on smoker grill 225 degrees for 4 hours.

 

Add Smoke:  Applewood chips soaked in orange juice every hour to maintain smoke for cooking duration.

 

Baste with Smokin’ Orange Gourmet BBQ Sauce for last 30 minutes before removing from smoker.

 

Topping:  combine sliced red onions, Orange Gourmet BBQ Sauce and fresh chunked pineapple.
