Marinate wings 2-4 hours in:

1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp S&P
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
3 tbsp fiery mango pepper sauce

Mix & set aside to baste with while cooking:

1/2 cup mango pepper sauce
1/2 cup real maple syrup  

Using a grill or cast iron grill pan (as I did):

Cook on medium heat 25 minutes, flipping every 3-5 minutes to prevent sticking. Baste with mango pepper / maple sauce after each flip. Finish with a little lime juice squeeze on each wing for perfection. 

[You can also bake them: 400* for 20 minutes, remove to flip and baste with sauce mixture, continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.]

Yield: 12 wings 

Ideal balance of sweet & heat.
