Fiery Mango Fish Tacos with cilantro-lime slaw (slawsa) haha  Bryan Mc. Pheonixville, PA.

1 lb fresh fish (i prefer salmon) grilled (broiled or fried)

Tortillas (i prefer corn)


½ head of cabbage, shredded

3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1 medium tomato,diced

1 medium red onion, diced

½ a jalapeno pepper fine diced

Juice of 1 large lime

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Toss ingredients and let sit for an hour or so Grill and flake fish and toss with fiery mango sauce Top with desired additions,cheese,sour cream,avocado, etc.
