Crispy Asian Chicken Wonton Tacos   Created by Chef Sara Burnham

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chicken

1 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp. ginger dressing

2 tbsp. Fiery Mango Pepper Sauce

Asian Chopped Salad (prepared kit in your grocery store, or you can make your own. For this recipe, I used the kit and added 1 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce , 1 tbsp. Fiery Mango Pepper Sauce and 1 tbsp. ginger dressing to enhance the flavor of it, along with chopped mango and some shredded red cabbage for color and an added crunchy texture.)

Wonton Wrappers

 

Directions:

Cook ground chicken in skillet with listed ingredients.

 

To make these cute wonton tacos / taco cups, do one of the following. Flip a muffin tin upside down and place wonton wrappers between the cups to create a taco shape. This can also made into taco cupsby putting the wonton wrappers inside of the muffin tin. 350* for 4-5 minutes for crispy perfection.

 

Mix Asian Chopped Salad ingredients for slaw topping. When wontons are done, fill with desired amount of ground chicken & top with slaw. Bite size, pretty eats!
