My Chili recipe made tonight from produce, rosemary olive oil, tomato sauce and fiery mango pepper sauce all bought from the Corey Ave Market today.
1 1/2 ground turkey
1 medium chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
4 or 5 plum tomatoes
Marinate wings 2-4 hours in:
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp S&P
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
3 tbsp fiery mango pepper sauce
Mix & set aside to baste with while cooking:
